Executive chef at Kram Pattaya Resort and Long Beach Garden & Pavilions, and president of the Eastern Chefs Association (Thailand). With 29 years in hospitality and a specialization in traditional Thai cuisine, he has worked from Australia to Dubai and Qatar and teaches at Burapha University.
