Swiss-trained chef and owner of Casa Pascal, the long-running fine-dining mainstay on Pattaya Second Road. After leading kitchens across Europe and Hong Kong and serving as executive chef at the Dusit Resort, he opened Casa Pascal with his wife Kim in 2001.
